1. Your purchase of a ticket constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. You must produce a valid ticket to gain access to the event and you must keep possession of such ticket at all times during the event. Your ticket may be invalidated if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced. 

2. You must be 16 years old or older to be eligible to purchase a ticket. No children, newborns, or infants are allowed at the event. The ticket holder is responsible for ensuring compliance with this age restriction. Any underage attendees found at the event will be denied entry without the right to a refund. 

3. All ticket sales are final. For clarification, you are not entitled to a refund if your ticket is lost, stolen or damaged (including if it is lost in the mail) and, in such event, we are not required to replace it unless we can identify the seat corresponding to the ticket, or in the case of a general admission ticket can identify and cancel the relevant ticket. We may charge a reasonable administration fee in these circumstances. 

4. All tickets are strictly non-transferrable and must not be sold nor advertised for sale. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sellers may be voided. SRMG reserves the right to cancel any ticket purchased, resold, or transferred in violation of these terms without notice. 

5. In booking this ticket, you acknowledge and agree:

• a. to abide by all the terms and conditions and adhere to any other responsible terms and conditions or restrictions provided by the organizer of the event before or during the event; 
• b. that we reserve the right to cancel any ticket and refund the amount paid in full where there has been an error in ticket pricing, whether due to human error or a transactional malfunction of the Website, and offer to rectify such an error by re-processing the transaction with the correct ticket pricing; 
• c. in case of event cancellation or rescheduling by the organizer, refunds will be issued. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or rescheduled, the refund policy will be specified at that time; 
• d. that we have the right to add or vary the advertised program, seating arrangements and audience capacity and deny admission with reasonable cause including due to intoxication, unsociable behaviour, failing to observe lawful directions, possession of invalid or insufficient tickets or ID or health and safety precautions’; 

6. The ticket holder is solely responsible for checking the date, time, location, and the age (+16) restriction of the event. Early arrival is recommended, and the organizer of the event shall have the right to refuse any late entries and the ticket holder shall not have the right to claim for any compensation whatsoever. 

7. All tickets holders and their belongings may be subject to search when entering the venue. Prohibited and dangerous items will be confiscated. Any item which the organizer of the event or venue security personnel consider as security risk or that may be used to damage the venue or interfere with the event will be confiscated. 

8. No professional cameras and video recorders are permitted at the venue, except as permitted by applicable law and SRMG regulations. 

9. The ticket holder consents to photographs, video, sound recordings of ticket holder be captured and used in printed and electronics media, including the internet as an attendee at the venue. 

10. SRMG accepts no liability for bodily injury, illness, or death of any visitor (including ticket holder) and / or loss of or damage to personal effects arising out of or in connection with the event. 

11. SRMG shall have the right to assign, transfer or sub-contract its rights and obligations stipulated under these ticket terms without any notification or consent required. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a ticketholder may not assign, transfer or sub-contract any rights or obligations stipulated under the ticket terms. 

12. SRMG’s failure to require a ticketholder or a visitor to perform any provision in these ticket terms shall not affect SRMG’s full right to require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall a waiver of a breach of any provision hereof be taken or held to be a waiver of the provision itself. 

13. These terms and your access to the event are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute, difference, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

In case of a force majeure, SRMG shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or any other events that may be classified as force majeure. 

All attendees must comply with any health regulations or requirements in place at the time of the event, including but not limited to proof of vaccination, masks, and other measures as required by law or the event organizer.
